Mr. Olumese Chris Obouaye is the Chief Executive Officer of Trivet Capital Ltd, contributing editor at Trivet Magazine. Prior to joining the Company, He was the Head, Project Finance at Nigerian Export Import Bank Ltd, where he financed over N200B related projects and trade transactions, prior to Nexim Bank, he was the Head Project and Structured at Qualinvest Capital Ltd- (Formerly Wema Capital Ltd), Head, Structured and Trade Finance, PanAfrican Capital Plc, Project Finance Advisory Group at Diamond Bank Plc, Head, Financial Advisory at Bank PHB Asset Management, now Keystone Bank Ltd and Senior Analyst, Equity Research & Valuation at Citi Invest Capital Ltd.Over the years, Mr. Obouaye had maintained very good business relationship with AFRICAN EXPORT-IMPORT BANK, EGYPT, NIGERIAN EXPORT-IMPORT BANK, SUMITO BANKING CORPORATION, EUROPE AND EQUIPXP, USA where he financed capital intensive projects, refinance existing debt exposures for corporate organization and financial restructuring in excess of $500m.

Mr. Obouaye has over 19 years working experience in Investment, Development and Commercial Banking, Equity Research, Portfolio Management, Performance Evaluation, Business, Product Development, Mergers, Acquisition and Business Reorganization. He holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State and a Candidate Member, CFA Program. Mr. Obouaye is a Fellow Member of the Association of Financial Planner, United Kingdom, and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, United Kingdom. He has attended various courses on Investment Banking, Portfolio Management and Business Development.

Mr. Ambrose Okolo is a Director in Trivet Capital Ltd.

Ambrose currently worked with Chanelle Microfinance Bank as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Joining Chanelle Microfinance Bank, he was the Head of Treasury at AIICO Pension Ltd and had also worked Diamond Capital & Financial Markets Limited (as Head, Corporate Finance & Advisory and as Chief Operating Officer). He also worked in the Financial Advisory Services unit of KPMG Professional Services, Zenith Bank Plc and Howarth-Dafinone & Co (Chartered Accountants).

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Bsc) degree in Animal Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State and a Master of Art (MA) degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and He is an Alumnus of the Harvard Business School.

He has vast experience in the transaction and corporate financial advisory in the areas of Sell-side and Buy-side Due Diligence, Transaction Structure, Structured Project Finance, Mergers and Acquisition / Business Combinations, Business Valuations, and Corporate Financial Strategy. He is a specialist in Investment Analysis and is also involved in Strategy sessions for various organisations.

His work experience spans Audit/Tax/Accounting services, Banking and Corporate/Financial Advisory services during which he has served as Adviser on several projects in the Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Hospitality and Manufacturing Industries.

He is passionate about teaching and have facilitated programme on Investments, Entrepreneurial Development and Business Planning, Finance/Accountancy e.t.c and have won several awards, the most recent being the “Most Outstanding Volunteers” for the year 2008 by Fate Foundation – a not-for-profit organization.

Mrs. Odiri Oginni, CFA is a Director of Trivet Capital Ltd. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy with First Class Honor from Babcock University Ogun State. She works as Managing Director at UBA Asset Management Ltd and prior to joining UBA Asset Management Ltd, she worked with UBA Global Market, now UBA Capital (Africa) as Financial Controller, responsible for overseeing all the Company’s financial operations, including finance, accounting, Admin and tax. She was also a Portfolio Manager, BGL Plc and also worked with Akintola Williams Deloitte, responsible for performing audit tests for various audit section, banking and other financial institution. Mrs. Odiete has Asset Management and Investment Banking Experience and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).

 

Niyi Ogunbayo,CFA is the head of Project & Trade Finance at Trivet Capital Ltd. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with First Class Honour from Obafemi Awolowo, Ile-Ife, Osun State.  Prior to joining Trivet Capital Ltd, He works with Cardinal Stone Partners Ltd as Bond Trader. Prior to joining Cardinal Stone Partners, He works with Bank PHB Asset Management Limited (Now Keystone Bank Ltd) as Financial Analyst; He also works with UBA Plc as Analyst-Strategy and Financial Modeling and Meristerm Securities Ltd as Analyst, Research and Corporate Finance. Niyi Ogunbayo has Research, Asset Management and Investment Banking Experience; He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), (ACCA), Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Mr. Micheal Chibueze Achilihu work in Project Finance Department of Trivet Capital Ltd. Prior to Joining Trivet Capital Ltd, he worked with United Bank for Africa in Client Advisory Unit with key responsibilities of advising clients/customers on various bank products.

He holds a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (B.Eng), second class upper from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State
